The other day, our Year 5 & 6 actors were fortunate enough to be joined by Aaron Parsons, a director from the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company, as part of the Associate Schools Programme.
During his visit, we delved into our roles for the play, Romeo & Juliet, honing our characters, analysing the dialogue, and examining the intricate scenes. Aaron guided us through the nuances of Shakespearean language, enriching our understanding and performance. His expertise and passion for Shakespeare infused the children's rehearsal with a new depth, making it an invaluable experience for all involved.
