The Butterflies were out in force today, helping to create our very own den! They worked together with the adults to lift and carry the sticks to create an amazing den that they enjoyed playing in!
All the children visited it at some point through the day. There was lots of learning that took place; the vocabulary the children used was so broad - whether it was talking about their ideas, using their imagination, describing the sizes and weight of the branches, encouraging each other to be safe, take turns and demonstrate teamwork, the list was endless. With the fun that was had by all today, I predict this is just the beginning - so watch this space!
