We had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day dressed in our pyjamas: it was a day full of the enjoyment of reading! In our lessons, we focussed on a wonderful text, ‘The Dam’ by David Almond, immersing ourselves in the story and responding to it in different ways.
In the afternoon, we were thrilled to welcome so many parents, carers, children and their siblings, who joined us for a story and a yummy hot chocolate!
