During a recent phonics lesson the children in Blue Group had a lot of fun mixing a "Power-UP "to give them Courage.
They had to use the correct recipe in Mr Nay's special book of Potions, Poultices and Power-Ups and create it by mixing up the ingredients.
It was far from easy because they had to use their phonic skills to identify the correct ingredients in the storage jars and use the correct amounts.
One of the children wrongly thought he wouldn't be able to read the recipe but was delighted to discover he was wrong and read it perfectly. I hope you enjoy looking at the picyures as much as they enjoyed their work.
