In Year 5, we have been working hard to understand the Victorian Era and the important events that happened within it.
This week, we ordered the important events and created our own individual timelines. We also applied our new knowledge by thinking about why each event was important. Some of the events shocked us, for example we couldn't believe that children ever worked in coal mines or factories!
