Year 4 library visit!

Writer's picture: Simon HollingsworthSimon Hollingsworth

In an exciting and educational adventure, Year 4 recently embarked on a journey to the local library.

As the children stepped into the library, their faces lit up with awe and curiosity. The shelves invitited us into a world of imagination and knowledge. The joyous exploration extended to the diverse collection of books, featuring beloved authors such as Roald Dahl, David Walliams, and book collections like Horrid Henry and Dork Diaries. Excitement filled the air as the children delved into the enchanting worlds created by these renowned authors.

Here are some of the things our children had to say:

"I really enjoyed reading and looking at all of the amazing books, and I can't wait to come back." - Ethan

"Everyone was immersed into what they were reading." -Ololade

In the end, the Year 4 library visit left a lasting mark, igniting a passion for reading that will undoubtedly continue to flourish. We departed, with our hearts and minds enriched by the magical world of books.
